If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund or exchange providing the item(s) are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days (UK) and 21 days (internationally).
NO refunds or exchanges can be given for any Bespoke orders.
HOW TO RETURN

We take great care in our packing and inspect for faults prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us. We must be notified of the fault withing 14 days(UK) and 21 days(internationally).
Please allow up to 7 working days upon your receipt of package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit.
