DELIVERY & MADE-TO-ORDER

Delivery times vary on each product, so please make sure you have checked the individual product description. 

 

Prints are dispatched within 2-4 working days.

 

As a guideline, all frames are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you would like to receive your order sooner, please get in touch.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt of delivery. Larger items may be sent via an alternative parcel service.

Once your order is ready to leave our studio, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details. 

 

 If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, extra postage charges may apply if you order has to be resent.

 

Please note International orders may be subject to local custom duties, taxes or import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local customs requirements prior to ordering.

 

If you are sending a gift and would like your order delivered to an alternative address, please do get in touch.

 

I'm afraid due to the delicate nature of the prints & other items being made to order, returns are not possible. If however there are any problems or items have been damaged during delivery,  please get in touch and it will be quickly resolved.
